Timothy Bucci is a graduate of McMaster University with a B. A. and B. S. W. He completed his law degree (LL. B.) from Osgoode Hall of York
University. Mr. Bucci was called to the Bar in 2004.

Mr. Bucci's main areas of practice include family/matrimonial, criminal and civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury.

Mr. Bucci has appeared at various levels of court, including the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
Attendances at these levels of court include both criminal and civil litigation matters.

Mr. Bucci is committed to this community as co-ordinator for the Grand River Environmental Festival for the past six (6) years and previous member of the Board of directors for Brant Crime Stoppers. As well, Mr. Bucci has acted as chairperson for the Dispute Resolution Review Panel regarding appeals on behalf of the Community Care Access Centre. Mr. Bucci has been asked to present at various speaking engagements in the areas of health and wellness and aboriginal legal issues.
